Situated on the wide part of the Seadrift Lagoon, this three bedroom, one and a half bath home features hardwood floor, large dining area, well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, electric stove, ceramic place settings as well as plastic place settings and charcoal BBQ perfect for outdoor entertaining. The master features a king bed and the two additional bedrooms have a bunk bed in each. There are two half baths and a large separate shower. House also comes with a canoe and two plastic knee/paddle boards. Children will love the sandy beach area that jets up to the lagoon! No pets.

    WE HAD A LOVELY TIME IN STINSON AND AT 113 DIPSEA. WE ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED THE LIGHT FILLED AND OPEN LIVING AREA IN THE HOUSE.

    I WOULD QUESTION RENTING THIS HOUSE AGAIN MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE SAND IN BOTH THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE HOUSE. ONE OF THE POSITIVE ASPECTS OF RENTING ON THE LAGOON AS OPPOSED TO THE BEACHFRONT IS NOT HAVING TO CONTEND WITH AS MUCH SAND IN THE HOUSE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THAT WAS NOT THE CASE IN THIS HOME.(AND,HONESTLY, THE SAND-ONLY LANDSCAPE IN THE FRONT IS SPARSE TO POINT THAT IT LOOKS LIKE THE PROPERTY IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.)

    IT WAS DISAPPOINTING NOT TO HAVE ANY SPACE TO UNPACK AND STORE CLOTHES IN THE MASTER BEDROOM—AND THE BEDDING IN THAT ROOM IS A LITTLE TIRED.

    THE ADDITIONAL ROOMS WERE UNUSUALLY SMALL. THEY WERE FINE FOR THE MOST PART, BUT I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED IF THIS WAS INCLUDED IN THE DETAIL OF THE HOUSE.

    IT WAS DIFFICULT NOT TO HAVE A WARM OUTDOOR SHOWER TO RINSE OFF AFTER COMING FROM THE BEACH IN WET SUITS, PARTICULARLY IN THE WINTER.

    LASTLY, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE AT LEAST ONE ADDITIONAL LOUNGE CHAIR ON THE DECK. THE WEATHER WAS LOVELY ON THE DECK, BUT ONLY ONE OF US COULD LIE BACK AND ENJOY THE WINTER SUN.

    OVERALL, WE HAD A PLEASANT STAY, BUT GIVEN THE FEEDBACK LISTED ABOVE I WOULD EXPLORE OTHER RENTAL OPTIONS BEFORE RETURNING TO THIS HOME.

    This house was great. Beautiful picture windows. Completely functional kitchen. The outdoor space was awesome. Loved all that this rental had to offer!

    We've rented this house about 4-5 times. We keep coming back to it. We were quite disappointed this time, however, because the house comes with a Sunfish sailboat that we've used lovingly many times, and this time, the sail was completely shredded making the sailboat unusable. We enjoyed the canoe and SUPs but really love being able to sail, too. I really hope the owner replaces the sail.
    The house is otherwise well-appointed and very comfortable, bright and airy. The toilet in the second bathroom was not working well but all other appliances were fine.
    Lastly, the property management company agreed to let us stay until 2 pm on checkout day, but the housecleaners came twice before that time to try to get started. Better communication would be appreciated.

    We loved our week at 113 Dipsea! We loved being on the lagoon, with a view of the Bolinas lagoon out the kitchen window. The best location. The house was clean, simple, good appliances, great woodburning stove,comfy mattresses, lots of wood, hot tub and a canoe. Good customer service, once we got the key-minor glitch at first. The layout of the house was okay, with a great common room. The downside was the 2 tiny bedrooms, each with bunkbeds, one lower bunk was a double. House ideal for 2, maybe 3 adults and the kids, definitely not 4-6 adults. There were two half baths and the shower was in the hall--odd design.
    We wished for an adult kayak, a master bath, a garage for our bikes, fireplace tools,closets,an instruction sheet for the shower/steam room, fireplace, etc.
    That being said, we loved it, and want to return next year or even this summer.

    Most of our dissatisfaction had to do with the general condition of the property and amenities. No closets, no place to hang clothes, no clothes hangers. Half the storage space in the bedrooms was take up by owners possession. Listed as a three bedroom, two of the bedrooms were bunk rooms for kids. Broken door knobs, cabinets, light fixtures, dirty windows, love stains on the master bedroom sheets, gross.

    We loved staying at 113 Dipsea with our 3 children. It was easy and comfortable. We loved having the sand just outside the door. It felt like we were on the beach. All amenities were there which helped with our leisure time play; canoe and paddle boards, as well as games.
